C. Jentner GmbH Metallveredelung, based in Pforzheim, Germany, was founded in 2011 by Chris Jentner and today employs around 50 people in production, sales and administration. Under the claim „Leading in Surface“, we operate as a contract electroplating partner for aerospace, defense, engineering, automotive, medical technology, sensor technology and electronics.

Plating Capabilities

We operate all three core plating methods in-house, under one roof: barrel plating, rack plating and reel-to-reel plating. Our surface portfolio ranges, for example, from gold, silver, rhodium, platinum and palladium through nickel variants (bright, matte, sulfamate, chemical in mid- and high-phos) to tin, copper and various passivation systems.

Our DNA – digitalization, sustainability, integrity

What sets us apart from classic job-shop platers is the consistent use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in order to reduce defects and scrap. We operate our own laboratory, deploy cobots in quality control and use AI for process monitoring and control. A digital production file consolidates all data for each order and supports traceability and fast response when deviations occur.

Sustainability is equally central to our company philosophy: we either generate our electricity ourselves via in-house PV systems or source it exclusively from renewable energies, and we rely on e-mobility as well as on energy- and resource-efficient production.

Integrity, for us, means dependability.
