Activities of the
Aerospace Forum

Working Groups

Focus of the activities of the working groups is the exchange of information between the members, joint processing of sector-specific questions and the representation of interests against the ministries on different levels.

Fairs

Together with its members, the LR BW represents the aerospace industry of Baden-Wuerttemberg at some trade fairs in Germany and abroad.

Participation in committees

Since the founding of LR BW, the association has developed to an important partner in Baden-Wuerttemberg. The LR BW representatives are active in different regional committees and represent the interests of the aerospace industry.

Part of the BDLI-Regionalforum

The LR BW is part of the Regionalforum, organized by the Federal Association of German Aerospace Industries (BDLI). It maintains the regular exchange of the aerospace associations of the individual federal states.

Part of the Supply Chain Excellence Initiative

The LR BW is part of the national Supply Chain Excellence Initiative. The Supply Chain Excellence Initiative (SCE) support the companies in the aerospace industry during the structural change, and in particular to improve the global competitiveness of Germany as an aviation location.

Part of the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership (EACP)

The LR BW is member of the EACP, an association of European networks and clusters of the aerospace industry. The goal is the closer networking of European partners and the initiation of joint projects.

Participation in NEREUS – Network of European Region active in Space

NEREUS is a federation of European space-regions, including the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. The LR BW is the authorized representative of the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
