We are an owner-managed mid-sized company specializing in CNC precision engineering. Our core competence lies in the manufacturing of demanding machined components, often including additional processes such as diamond machining, grinding, EDM, and welding. Our range of services is complemented by various heat treatments, including nitriding, as well as a wide variety of surface treatments such as anodizing, blackening, painting, PTFE coating, electroless nickel plating, electroplated zinc coating, and silver/gold plating.

We place particular emphasis on the highest finishing quality. Factors such as surface texture, defined edge breaking, and complete burr-free execution are considered standard quality features. Our modern production facilities are equipped with CNC turning and milling centers with up to seven axes, complemented by bar feeders, robotic cells for unmanned 24-hour operation, marking lasers, and in-house ZEISS coordinate measuring machines for precise quality assurance.

We manufacture turned parts up to a diameter of 350 mm and milled parts up to dimensions of 700 × 700 mm. We cover a wide range of batch sizes, from prototypes and single parts to small series and series production of up to approximately 10,000 parts per year. Materials processed include aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, Nitronic, Invar, and engineering plastics such as PEEK.
